Gran Turismo 5 Delayed

Well, it looks like all of you who are waiting for the next entry in this racing series, an entry almost four years (and $60 million) in the making, will have to wait just a little bit longer. Or...maybe a lot longer.

Sony Computer Entertainment has announced that Gran Turismo 5, which was set to release in Japan in March, has been delayed. Not only that, but SCE has stated that the new release date is TBA. So, this game, which was first announced at E3 2006 (2006!) and has been playable at several of the past few trade shows, is now delayed yet again. And, this is a delay for the first, Japanese version of the game. The U.S. and European release of the game was slated for Summer 2010. At this point, there's no telling how long this delay will be or how it will effect the Western release.
