How could I not pick this up as soon as it came out? One of my most anticipated sequels, regardless of whether or not there was really a need for it.
A young gamer raised by young parents, only insuring I'd have something to play as soon as I could handle a controller. I've played them all, from the ColecoVision up through the current gen, skipping only a few along the way.

PS3 3.15 System Update Adds Data Transfer Utility, PS3 Minis

PS3 3.15 System Update Adds Data Transfer Utility, PS3 Minis
Early today, Sony announced that Firmware 3.15 will be coming very soon. It's an optional update that will add two new features. One, the data transfer utility, will be very useful to some, and probably never used by others. Its purpose is to transfer data between PS3s. If one buys a new PS3, whether it's to upgrade, downgrade, or for those who need more than one, the data transfer utility lets them...transfer data to the new PS3. Games, save data, and purchased content from the Playstation Store can be transferred to the new system while simultaneously being deleted from the original, and most other items, like personal pictures, music, and videos can be transferred to the new while remaining on the original.

The second of the two new features is the ability to play "minis" on the PS3. The "minis" launched alongside the PSPGo, and were intended as simple, casual games that would allow for quick, pick-up-and-play sessions. Now, they can be downloaded from the PS Store and played on the PS3, as well as the PSP.
