New Super Mario Bros. Wii Launch Party

Those of you in NYC or the surrounding area might want to try heading over to Nintendo World today. They're holding a launch party with gaming stations, costumed Nintendo characters, and a Mario Museum, chronicling the last twenty five years of Mario greatness. Aside from that, there will be prizes, trivia, and tournaments. And, to top it all off, attendees will be able to buy the game today, before the rest of the world can have it tomorrow.

The store is located at 10 Rockefeller Plaza, on 48th between 5th and 6th. The party will run from 3 pm to 7 pm. So, it's just about time to get started, but you've still got plenty of time until it's over.

I may go check it out, but I've got so much homework to do, I'll have to see. I don't have my Wii with me in my dorm, so the early purchase won't do much for me. If I do go, though, I'll most likely be wearing a purple NYU Game Center shirt, and a black jacket, if any of you go and care to chat.
