The PSN game flOw is being is up for download for free until midnight EST tonight. I don't really know anything about this game, but it's free so I'd probably give it a shot.

In their latest weekly update, Bungie talked about various rumors regarding Halo: Reach. They have confirmed that Reach will NOT be a game made for Natal. They also said that a few UNSC weapons including the Sniper Rifle are now hit scan weapons. There's also some more interesting facts in there. You can read the whole update on Bungie.net.

The recent installment of Game Informer says that will not be any kind of Half-Life game in 2010. So that means that we can add on to the years we've been waiting on Episode 3. However, the magazine did say that it is possible that instead of Episode 3, Valve might just go ahead and develop Half-Life 3.

This post at Reddit is showing off a few pictures of this insanely awesome Koopa Troopa guitar. I can confidently say that if I owned this guitar then I would lock myself in a room and play it all day everyday, and I don't even know how to play guitar either.

There are some people that are trying to do the impossible for a good cause. TheSpeedGamers are trying to catch all 493 Pokemon in 72 hours while raising money for charity. If you head on over to their website you can check out their stream of the event. I don't know if they will be able to accomplish such a feat, but it's for charity and fun to watch, so head on over to their stream for a few minutes and cheer them on.

I'm going to be honest here and say that I'm not a Green Day fan, and I probably won't enjoy this game a whole lot; but Harmonix is currently developing a full game for Green Day. There are no confirmed songs at this time, but I would assume "American Idiot" will be in there since it is in the trailer.
This is the first look at Halo Reach as seen on Spike's Video Game Awards tonight. Pretty unrevealing trailer with no gameplay, but it's nice to finally see something.

At this point, we know nearly nothing about Halo: Reach, but Microsoft seems pretty confident. Aaron Greenberg, a Microsoft Executive, says that Reach will by far be the biggest game of 2010. We'll just have to wait and see if this is true or not, but from what I hear these "Halo" games sell pretty well.

If you've been playing Modern Warfare 2 in the last day or two, then you have more than likely come across the notorious "Javelin glitch". If you are unaware, the glitch makes it so that you explode when you die, usually getting multiple kills in the process. Infinity Ward has announced that they are currently working on a patch to get this fixed. Until the game is patched, players found using this exploit will be banned for 24 hours.

Today it was announced that developer Undead Labs is working on a zombie MMO made just for consoles. I'm really hoping that this will actually be released, unlike all of the other console MMO's that have been planned before. Jeff Strain of Undead Labs had the following to say about the game.
"Every time I see a good zombie movie with friends, we spend days debating our strategies for surviving the zombie apocalypse. The police station, or the supermarket? Garden rake, or staple gun? Bach, or the White Stripes? I'm a game developer, so I'd probably be useless for anything other than ghoul bait, but I'm excited to have the opportunity to build an MMOZ that lets us put those strategies to the test and find out for sure."

The progressive metal band Dream Theater is going to be adding their music to the God of War 3 soundtrack. However, you probably won't be familiar with the song they chose. That's because the band is recording a brand new instrumental track specifically for God of War 3. If you are unfamiliar with Dream Theater's work, I've posted two videos after the jump.
This one really confuses me. The B&H Publishing Group has developed an Xbox Live Indie Game that is a full version of the Bible. The main setback to this? It costs 400 Microsoft Points. This really doesn't make sense if you consider a few things. First, if they are trying to interest people in Christianity, I don't think making them pay five bucks is gonna do it very well. Second, if people wanted an online version of the Bible there are tons of versions that you can get for free on the internet. To me it seems like a price of 80 MS points would be much more reasonable.
Author's Note: By ridiculing this game I am in no way putting down Christianity. I am a Christian myself, but this game just really doesn't make sense to me when you can get free ones elsewhere.

MLG forum poster ToM MoReLLo claims to have played Halo Reach at Microsoft Offices and has these pictures. It is unconfirmed whether or not these are real or not, but by the looks of them they seem to be legit. All the screenshots are posted after the jump.
