I hope this is real. An entire setlist of Tool would be awesome, and "Beat It" automatically makes this the greatest music game ever.

Sadly, a couple sad facts make me believe there is something wrong. The guitar battle v.s. Sting? Sting is a bassist, not a guitarist. That, and Red Hot Chilli Peppers don't have a song called "Take It Away" that I know of. I believe it is called "Give It Away".

But Rise Against, QotSA, Motley Crue, Rush, +44, Metallica, Nirvana, Avenged Sevenfold, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Disturbed, The Cult, Lynyrd, Hendrix, System of a Down, and IRON MAIDEN! If anything, this is too good to be true!

The inclusion of "Nottingham Lace", "Paradise City", "Beat It", "Sweet Home Alabama", and "Master of Puppets" would have got me to buy the game anyway but the rest of this set is really, really good.

I know you say that you could have chosen better songs for a lot of the bands but the same could be said about the Rock Band 2 set list as well, which while I am really looking forward to it, just doesn't hold up as well when compared to this one. But then again music is very, very subjective, so to each their own.

Yeah, bands kick ass. They could've definitely found a better song to represent them, though.

you know, when i read through the first few tours, i thought it was kinda lame as well... but some of those tours rock. hard. a lot of awesome songs in there. and yes, i might by it just for smells like teen spirit as well. it is without a doubt one of the awesomest guitar songs ever.
